Zach was an excellent teacher and taught me advanced lifting techniques and  programing concepts that have helped take my lifting to the next level.

This past summer, I spent three weeks in New York and as a serious weight lifter, I needed to work with a coach to make sure I didn’t regress during my time away. I did eight sessions with Zach and he was great. Zach reached out to my primary trainer before I arrived, prepared the major aspects of our workouts before our first session, and pushed me hard. Zach was very attentive during our sessions and helped me improve my squat form, which given how often I squat, was a real help. At my request Zach also introduced me to new exercises, including hip thrusts, which I had been hoping to learn for some time. Zach was an excellent teacher and taught me advanced lifting techniques and programing concepts that have helped take my lifting to the next level. If you are in NYC for a few weeks, or are looking for a full time coach, Zach is excellent and I can’t recommend him highly enough!
