I always believed that as far as reaching my fitness goals I was fine on my own, but it was difficult staying motivated and challenged. At a friend’s request, I decided to try a personal training session although I really didn’t think it would make a difference. I was wrong. It made a world of difference.
From my first session with Zach I was excited about working out and actually looked forward to my next session. In the years of training with Zach my strength, energy, and confidence have soared and I have never felt healthier. He keeps the workouts challenging but fun and just when I think they cant get any more intense, they do, and that makes accomplishing them that much more gratifying.
He is professional, personable, and keeps me motivated. He also has an encyclopedic knowledge of fitness and nutrition, which he uses to patiently answer all my questions. I like that he doesn’t just tell you what to do, he explains everything step by step to make sure you understand the correct form and function of each move. He empowers you with the knowledge and encouragement you need to succeed in reaching your goals.
